Drive by's are the users problem. they had to physically go to a site to get the install. And if the security setting in IE is not set properly they have to say yes to install/run.

A true tojan looks like something a user wants and actually does something different. It's not until the user actually does something that the exploit is put out there.

Now if a app can be installed without the user doing anything (let say they are out getting coffee) that would most likely be a buffer over-run exploit.
