Why?
All you're going to do hid a casino's own chips from the casino. Are you planning on walking up to a table whipping out a handful of Chips and saying, "HAHA! I bet you're suprised to see I had more money that your computers showed!"

Like what was mentioned above, people rarely take large amounts of winning outside the casino. They win, they cash out, they party. Any time that the chips are used they?ll have to be out of the case.

I think this technology will do a good job keeping fake chips off tables. I'm not sure how much of a problem counterfeit chips are now, nor how many problems there will be with good ships registering bad but since the majority of chips stay in the casino it seems to me to be a great move for the casino. And for the people who are afraid that the casino will be spying on their winnings, just looks at all the camera domes on the ceiling. Casinos are not known for their privacy.
