Not quite...
Just because you don't activly use IE6 as your default browser, doesn't mean that you're safe. There are an uncountable number of applications that host IE inside of themselves for one reason or another which could all be considered "vulnerable" under the right circumstances. It amazes me that even the most tech-savy people still think of IE as only a browser.
