Excellent product, but ....
I for one wish they would redesign the interface to fit on a 640x480 desktop. I have done so much spyware removal on systems that need to cleaned in safe mode lately it's not funny. The active shields actually work quite well also.

What I would like to see as a result of this VC funding are the following:
1) smaller resource footprint for quicker loading
2) smaller interface for the many times a safe-mode sweep/clean is needed
3) much more agressive marketing and advertisement.
4) some kind of database and tracking of the more malicious spyware (the trojans mostly) for future legal prosecution.

The problem with spyware has become so endemic lately that I spend almost every night and most Saturday's cleaning up customer's systems (flat rate of $100/machine unless multiples PC's can be cleaned in tandem). My regimen is, for each profile, Spybot sweep (almost worthless, but still ..), Adaware full scan, Spysweeper full scan, JV16 Powertools registry cleanup, manual removal of cookies, temp, and temp internet files. Once all profiles are cleaned up, empty the trash and start a defrag. This takes 2-3 hours for up to 4 PC's. Finally, I install and give basic instructions on using Firefox and Thunderbird to keep the problem limited.

Makes for some long days, but hey, making an extra couple grand a month ain't bad either happy
