So when all is said and done we seem to agree
that there is no one single reason for exploits. Which was my point in the begining.

So the real question is this..."IF" other OS's start to gain Market Share, and by contrast MS looses some..will the number of exploits to MS fall? And by how much will the eploits to the other OS's increase? We all should realize that the "OTHER" factors of increased user base and how easy/difficult a given OS is to hack will come into play here. Heck if other OS's gain Market Share it might just give MS a much needed breather..win/win.
