So what you mean is
that if I write a virus that brings down your computer or opens it up so I can all your financial info hence your $$$$, it is a good thing?

Get real. This kid caused a lot of damage and should pay for it. It is so typical to hear people say these types of "criminals" should be rewarded for the criminal actions (which this was).
