It just frosts me when a writer talks in generalities, just ASS-uming that "Gee, doesn't EVERYBODY use Windoze?". UNIX admins patch their systems maybe once a year. The 1 or 2 security vulnerabilities that show up every quarter are usually not serious, so they get queued until there are enough of them to warrant the extra work involved in upgrading. Why don't you write about THAT? Monoculture tunnel vision . . . MTV!
