- legacy is something managment does not understand
- We have apps that will not support AD. The sever side of that app will not run on W2k3 or W2k servers. We are not migrating out data entry lines to W2k from Win95. No one wanted to invest in new hardware until the old hardware starting dying. Now it's a fire and we must put it out. This type of managment is more common then not.
