- However an average consumer wants their computer
-
system to simply run, like a DVD Player, or toaster.
Once you get into security...spyware, worms, viri and addware
you cross into a level of use that many consumers do NOT want
to enter.
Imagine if you had to takes similar precautions just to make
toast in the morning, or to play the movie you rented? Or to
turn on your TV.
Many a consumer simply wants to do a few simple tasks with
their computer. They do NOT need a lot of power, nor do they
want to make or take any effort to keep their computer running
as it should....you may say this is the wrong attitude to have for
a computer user, however that changes NOTHING.
