- Ok Stop making conclusions.
- As everyone is quick to point out on other OS issues. This one takes user action. You need to execute it. No OS is going to be able to stop a user from running an attachment if they choose to. However, Outlook is getting pretty good at blocking potentially hazardous attachments. Not great but it's as good as any so far. The only this one needs is the flawed idiot who still, after all this time, opens an unexpected attachment.
