Simply responding to an even bigger bunch of incompetent users.

Sounds like a typical end user. You don't know how it works so you react by calling support staff incompetent. Maybe that boosts your ego but it will definitely get all your helpdesk calls to the bottom of the list. We'll be laughing at you every time we walk past your office.

You sound like one of those that hangs floppy disks on you refrigerator with a magnet or thinks turning off your monitor should reboot your computer.
