It sounds like you also work in support. You know, that's part of your JOB. These people you're helping are not paid to know computers inside and out like YOU are -- it's not their main job. In all likelihood, it is a small part of their job. They are not paid to be computer wizards so quit your whining.

And let's face it, even support people don't know everything. I can attest to that readily.

Get off your high horse and get to work! LOL!
