Oh, jeez...
OK, young man...you've spent HOW MANY years in the public schools, not to mention whatever higher education you've been exposed to...and you still don't understand the difference between the simple English words "here" and "hear?" And you propose to us that SOMEHOW you've got a grip on the finer points of computer technology? Give us a break.

Some IT folks are just swell. A good proportion, however, need to be sent back to the sixth grade.

Son, I don't mean to pick on you, because I see this kind of stuff all the time from supposedly "skilled" techies. But GOOD GOD, when you've got TWO egregious errors in only 29 words, you need to go back to school and bone up on the MOST IMPORTANT IT SKILL THERE IS: the ability to communicate in clear, concise, precise terms with those you are supposed to be assisting. Your company's, and your career's, future depends on it. Count on that.
