If that's the case,
then hackers should pay a fine and/or go to jail. That's utterly a cybercrime.

Thank goodness I didn't have a wireless capibility in my laptop. Plus, during a setup program where a user are getting into making a wireless connection, a setup program should advise users that users must enable WEP protection. But what I do know that's not going to help. Like "chaining letters" for finding e-mail addresses, hackers could do this by scanning for passphase (sp?) or security keys (ranging from 0 to F for each of hte digits), and that should be illegal.

I'm not a lawyer but I do remember some of the news articles about chaining letters to search through e-mail addresses and news relating to wireless.
