Most spyware never give the choice
I got gator even though I clicked "cancel". As it turns out that little pop window can have any buttons they want and all the buttons can be set to do the same thing. So click "OK" it installs or click "CANCEL" and it installs. Well when I click "CANCEL" I didn't agree to the EULA.
