Replies From RIAA
As they are seen here is like looking at some old sock in a reflective mirror. Here 'we get the story - they give the 'news. The new take at the public eye from their apearances.

I've got to admit, that anyone wishing to buy music in CDs might want to change their habits however. Dont buy CDs, buy Video DVDs. They are really not that much popularized ,not really advertised that much..and are pretty much very ,very late to market.(and more expensive).
...""video killed the radio star.....

These are only little tidbits for their lawsuits however. Most of what is consistent with 'copyright violation on the internet is actually 'fair-use violations - somebodies personal dub, somebodies home recording put out for the communicative performance of them. And THAT is what the internet is about 'communication, with copyrighted materials only being 'part of its purpose, and having little to do with how RIAA,or MPAA would have its purpose to represent. Content driven via other than c.library of congress delegations is all about communications with the 'right to do so vastly uninhibited by copyright,DMCA,or Electronic Theft Act.

Its most of about control though. As piracy takes most the cake of 'talk - the vast potential of the digital utility goes on untapped. Being persuaded by capitalising on your freedoms to do so at your expense weighed against the 'syndicates, and publication organizations, who have nothing better to fear than themselves among themselves.

The idea of the communicative tool is beyond the comprehension of RIAA,and MPAA.Only if the relationship is mechanical and exploited to their advantage can they delegate it as 'succesful, being commoditized to their own likeing.

Proof be told, authors for copyrighted works can do what they want to do.It is not so clear however with the 'blanket relationship RIAA takes to copyrighted works and disco companies just what that is going to mean.

Copyright law needs to be amended so that 'new relations to authors, and persons using copyrighted works can be known to be relevant in their persons. Since most of what is showed from apearance is 'contractual in nature, but nature isn't the inhibiting factor for or from them.

- rational fair use to person of use for asthetic performance of copyrighted works.

- rational fair use to the author of copyrighted works for the ashetic performance of copyrigthed works;as in royalties and performances.

....these are being controlled. As riaa is the standard bearer with no concept of a previous model. No previous model beside the disco companies.

When the 'internet suites them. They will come to do what they wish. And what they see of 'fair-use is something they could have for themselves. Problem being those who have 'fair-use,and those who do not.

Don't put your fair-use recordings out to the public .Keep them for yourself.Your privacy and security isn't dependent on what RIAA,and MPAA sais is theirs to dictate by virtue of a premise of piracy.

They don't like the hardrives. And They dont like the networks. However communication purposed for themselves must be considered before anything is done by them. And it is YOU they look at.YOUR MODEL of curcumstance purposed via communication.

Whats up with that.? I'm after you ? Its just a difference that 'fair-use should make your law for you. But no,'fair-use is law of themselves. The security and freedom from usury and illegal contract is something the RIAA,and MPAA will have to deal with on 'fair-use terms.

Already the monopoly of RIAA royalty is the question of the day.But it is the only thing they know.
Shake a stick Jack, your really an old fogey.

I guess I'm done. You watch when network, and hardrive speeds are to their liking. They will change their tune. But it will take some 'copyfriendly standards for an agenda - and these will have to be included to expand there holdings. Shouldn't be done via the custodial situation they've got at present.I mean you break and release at 'sometime. Maybe law is making it for them.Dont think they even know about that.

-just talking.
