What secure P2P network
The basic concept of P2P networks states it can not be secure.

Sure you could encrypt the file transfers but big deal. As fileswapper you still have to advertise the songs you have available to everyone using the P2P network. The RIAA just has to look, "oh there is a song we didn't authorize", and they got you.

And with the DMCA they don't even have to verify that the song they think is under copyright held by thier memebers is really what it appears to be.

All secure sites do is make it so they can not tell what is being transfered but they sure can tell what is available for download.
