You're just as naive as the RIAA to think that a few laws suits will keep people from copying/trading music. So what if they aren't using KAZAA as much. There are plenty of other ways of doing it.

Also you seem to use the terms thief/pirate interchangeably. Sorry dude, but not the same. Pirate implies an exchange of MONEY. Kazza users may be thieves, but they aren't pirates.

I've been boycotting by NOT BUYING music for over 5 years. I had been a BMG music club member for almost 20 years and closed the account and told them WHY. No I don't trade music or use file trading software, but I also think that our legal 'fair use' rights are being eroded. If I EVER buy another music CD, I want to be able to listen to it ON ANY DEVICE that I own - anywhere I am. DRM prevents that.

When the RIAA and the music industry UNDERSTANDS that, I may purchase again.
