The hole is in WMP
Simply by the fact that the browser IE is bolted the OS and so is WMP. So even though I don't use IE, I use Firefox, WMP still invokes a hole in IE. That is the security hole in WMP. By calling an insecure application for DRM delivery that causes security problems with WMP. WMP should not use IE if IE is not the default browser. Fix this problem and the security hole in WMP is fixed.
