should not be overlooked. Enacting legislation to assure that corporations keep batteries inside their flashlights is going to accomplish exactly what it is that consists of that equipment.

Using 'security to cover every idea that has a teminating viewpoint of what is unique cannot replace systems that are unique to themselves expressed of themselves . To be secure, and uniquely ubiqutious with the term security'',or secured.

Something Homeland Security could do is create a website named 'Internet Station. Or something of the same.-create a presence, that is among what everybody else is to have an experience of within that relationship among commerce, information, communication and the likes.

..Internet Station,....operated by the Department of Homeland Security for example....You see here, the only essense that is catalyst to the ''internet'' is that of 'presence. It is the only defining relationship of wich the aproval or disaproval 'should be defined.

If you have that 'presence,as something performed on the relationship of the 'public interest,it can be noticed of wich the likelyhood of recognizing security of public interest,is as well positioned as that 'presence.

Homeland Security cannot be a department of hidden responsibility.High visability should be a totality of that presence''of wich security of the "Internet''can be more formally defined. The ideas of security should not be obscured by indifference of the public interest to Homeland Security. Perhaps we could relate to something that is as present as that visibility is secured.

Homeland Security should create something of high visablity for the general public to visit wich is as a purpose better than a public museum,or library,or present as a police station,or fire department.

The WEB would be as patient to recognize this 'visibility,as the 'Internets relationship is just as general a topic as could be understood by experiencing it.

-just talking.
