Tech industry put on security notice

this is because: "this is why we need strict software lemon laws with severe
consequences! sure m$ would be hurt financially, but it
would force them to be as responsible as Apple, Linux, and
Unix manufacturers. however the federal gov't would never
enact this law because of one company when the current
administration can be bought cheaply "
