Secure OSs
The first step in safegurading security is making the
process of assessing the security of system meaningful
and pragmatic. Even windows 2000 has received the
'highest security marks' (the lowest points in the medium
security level).

If win2k has received the government branding as a 'secure
os' that state and military can use, then the last year's spat
of virus outbreaks shold have convinced everybody --and
hopefully the right people at the right places -- that this
evaluation process is just a 'token' process.

what else should have to happen until people will wake up
and address this issue responibly and effectively?
