Since it has been said that Verisign would put domain names on waiting lists for customers wanting them - even though they had not originated from an idea of Verisigns relationship to them,but from the relationship of the domain name destinguished by the ICAHN delineation.....

....my comment probably wouldn't help. I'm only scratching the cue ball with this. Maybe the author should only polish the cue ball .
