Yeah, I saw it.
At the largest company in the world named for its founder, we had an "IT Standown" last year to focus on security. The top concerns were with the upcomming Sarbanes Oxley attestation process. "Separation of duties" was paramount, so now each machine needed 3 different people (roles). We clamped down hard and tight on the UNIX systems and hobbled the admins with the new regulations. In other words, we were having TONS of security problems with Windoze, so we punished UNIX . . .
