to truncate, or not to truncate...
doesnt really matter. most people dont read/know what theyre downloading. they see something they want to play/think they need to have and they will click it and implicitly trust it. most cases anyway. isp tech experience here, i get calls daily about something related. the dialogue box should say "you probably dont want to download this file" and leave it at that. but seriously, these are exploits that exploit flaws in humans.
