Actually...
..the main problem is not neccesarily product loyalty as it is either complanceny or fear of new things.

Also you get alot of anti-FF opinion that is left over from the old Netscape days. Netscape was and is crapola, and that opinion transferred over.

In addition you get some who tried FF in the early days when there was nothing exciting about it. And like me, it got tucked away and not used anymore. But come .7 when I decided to give it another shot, it was showing much more maturity. Even through the rocky start the .9 series had, I stuck with it and am glad I did.
