Yes, this is right. However, it is also true that Windows is an
unfixable, fatally-flawed security minefield which NO ONE in a
business really needs to use - the alternatives are not only
intrinsically much more secure, they are also equivalent in TCO
or better. And OS X is nicer to use for everyone involved.
