Yeah, I really love those invitations
to post my personal identifying information to the CitiBank sites - especially since I have never used CitiBank. The more clearly fraudulent mail that goes out, the better the chance that someone will have a light bulb go on and NOT go to the site to spill their guts. And ignore future mails from what appears to be legitimate companies.

I mean, really, if don't bank with that bank, use PayPal, shop on eBay, etc., why in the world when you get one that "looks" like it comes from your bank, would you automatically assume, "oh, this time it really IS from my financial institution" - and completely forget that your bank SPECIFICALLY said, it will never ask for personal information?
