MY ISP talks a good game, but....
when it comes to spammers, my inbox is jammed on a daily basis. Why aren't the ISPs held accountable for not identifying and stopping spam? I have an idea which will never fly, but I think it might work. Reduce my monthly bill by 10 cents for every spam message the ISP lets through. At the rate I get them, my internet connection would be free. happy
