- Installation Problems
- I had a problem installing Norton Internet Security 2004, upgrading from the 2001 version. It wasn't the problem reported in this article, but was a real pain in the a** to solve. Several emails to tech support were unable to fix the problem, but I finally figured out the problem almost by chance. So I'm not very impressed with Symantec's products at this point.
