Google wilfully spreading lies
There are hundreds, perhaps thousands of people who have been smeared in various USENET postings. Just put any of their names into Google Groups and these defammatory postings invariably come out as the MOST relevant things about these people! In short, the posting started out as being just that, but then it is later amplified and made credible by Google.

These postings can then go on to impair these victims getting employment, funding, loans, etc.

Google's legal department is unwilling to take any action such as deleting or reclassifying these postings, even in some of the most extreme cases like where the postings are rediculuous and the writer is anonymous, etc.

I am looking to identify as many of these victims as possible for a class action suit against Google, because once a person at Google has made the decision to leave this material as-is, you certainly can't blame the software any longer.

Anything that can be done to help pull these victims together would be GREATLY appreciated.
