This gave me a hoot...

Translation...Check for and install patches daily (woe to those on dial-up).

Don't download any of the cool free stuff.

Turn off one of the most highly touted "features" of IE.

Also, turn on included firewall which is off by default (oops, fixed that)
OOPS, forgot to include permissions for programs calling out. They are all allowed(no option) (445,445,135,445,etc.)
Who in the hell is the chief sofware tech there anyhow?
