I can attest to that piece of crap being practically demonic. I had to clean a developer's computer who'd done the infamous "Click Yes" on a popup. (Yes, a DEVELOPER who didn't seem to know any better). Ended up with multiple variants of coolwww which took me the better part of a day to get cleaned off. BTW, CWShredder didn't touch it. Said it found and cleaned it, but it never went away. Ended up having to use Spywareblaster, HijackThis, Spybot S&D, some other program I found that helped that I can't recall the name of off the top of my head, some regedits, some booting into safe mode deletions, and so on to FINALLY get the crap off and not coming back. I HAVE to agree that's the one that tops the list.

I'd love just 5 minutes on the machine they wrote that program with. I'd love to see how much THEIR time is worth to them.
