Your reply leave a bit to be desired. While what MS is attempting to do is typical in the IT industry, the fact that they apparently did so little research that they bought a name and not the software intended is certainly less than stellar. You are quite correct that many companies have improved their market share and feature set with this kind of practice, but rarely do you hear of a deal bungled with such proficientcy.

On the other hand, your personal insults were pedestrian and out of place when speaking of businass professionalism. May I suggest to you "How to win friends and influence people" by Andrew Carnege? It may help you get into a boardroom to cunduct one of these deals first hand. Unless of course you are the MS representative that penned this deal.


Than the attitude make perfect sense.
