Cookies are safe for End User not for Server Though
Doesn't amtter if user accepts cookies that the server sends. Whats not safe is that the server uses cookies at all unless they are encrypted or just are un-interpretable. I could take Mr. Spambot and increment up the Login IDs and spider up everybody's email and snailmaila ddys and maybe other stuff too if I was lucky!!. Cookie spoofing can let you get services for free too. SSL is irrelevant for cookie spoffing too. They come to me in and are sent out as an easy to interpet part of the http headers (they look likek querystrings in pattern).
