I knew "localsubnet" was a bad idea.
User's, if you are really concerned about keeping people out but don't want to learn a new OS or buy more software, don't allow firewall exceptions period. Otherwise at least tell the OS what subnet don't allow windows to determine it for you, X.X.X.0/24. if you don't know what that means, then no exceptions for you.
