So THAT's where all our misspent money went sad
I was wondering why the most expensive software vendors on the market were selling us BETA software all the time and we had to give our credit card # over the phone just in order to tell them (free lab testing or what) what was screwed up with their app's or why it royally screwed up Windows O/S!!!!!!!!!
And that, takes into account you were "lucky enough" to eventually speak to a live person with two weeks of "intense" technical training, as background!!!!
Peter Norton should never have sold his name to the Symantec bozos and should restart a new company to provide users with reliable software, like he used to do!!!! Symantec's white elephant/ inverse pyramid/ fat cat hierarchy would come crashing to the ground...nose first!!! happy
