It's completely new. It's says that the computer inside your home is not really inside your home and there for subject to the same laws as tapping a telephone line.

Now if law enforcement wants to tap into my internet line that one thing but to break into the privacy of my home to put a viral trojan on PC completely another issue.

How do they get it on the machine? Do they physically install it?

Yeah like I'd install a trojan if the police asked me to. LOL
