When law enforcement stoops to the level
of criminals, the rights of citizens will most assuredley be trampled upon. This behavior was once the norm in the US. That is why laws were introduced to protect the rights of citizens. There was no question that many innocent people were abused and/or their lives ruined with no reduction in crime rates or increase in the number of criminals taken off the streets. The civilized world has definitely taken a step backwards by allowing the law enforcement world to act like the criminals they are looking for.

This will also lead to an decrease in the respect the public has for law enforcement. Which will work 180 degrees out from what is trying to be achieved.

Nothing positive can come from actions such as those mentioned in this article.
