That's a very real possiblity
I mean you don't have judges making medical decision but they do rely on medical experts to make the decision. I wonder if the there was expert testimony from networking experts. If so then this judge is not so stupid but restrict by the law he must rule on. If not then the judge is really stupid and this will be appealed quickly.
