True - but......
I agree that Windows and MS apps are most likely to be attacked. MS takes a lot of abuse for this and, some of it, rightfully so. There is little doubt, however, that too many people have too little understanding of computer security. I know you can't force them to learn, but it sure would be nice to require some training and then have them pass a written test. Kind of like getting your driver's permit! PCs have become a mass market item but, in many ways, they are still too complex for the mass market.

In any case, I still think that people spouting the virtues of Mac and Linux are doing no more than espousing a short term fix. I don't think there is anything magically different about them. Computer hackers want the most bang for their buck. Where can they find the greatest notoriety? If Mac or Linux or something else down the road becomes the soup de jour, you can bet that it will be subjected to just as many successful attacks as MS OSs are now.
