A few banks? How about JP Morgan with satellite banks, Hobart, etc.?
Do you know that merchants have nothing to do with the actual processing of credit cards?

Do you know that merchants process credit cards not directly (there are a few exceptions) but through a gateway, like iPayment who MUST accept, verify and approve the credit card transactions before they will go to a bank? Do you know that they (gateways) do not do their job as they advertised?

Do you know why they do so (why they support credit card fraud)? Do you know WHAT FOR merchants pay fees to the banks and gateways if they do not do their job as they wrote on theirs websites?

Any clues different than mine?

P.S. Not the biggest Astoria Federal Savings Bank reported about more then 2 millions credit card frauds/year with their clients. Note: Astoria Bank uses MS Windows.

It seems you have no idea about is credit card fraud a good business or not?

You have the right to support stealing money from US merchants. Why? Because the corrupted system will never blame you for it. Why? Because the government does much bigger things than ripping off US merchants.

P.P.S. Is it a coincidence that most fraud like Direct TV marketing fraud (done by The Shop America Network and like), Insurance fraud, etc. is done in Florida (think about Jeb Bush)?

P.P.P.S. Why does the FCC not prohibit false advertisement that the banks and gateways are doing? Do you have any better explanation of that than total corruption?
