There a quite a few ways. Most revolve around the customer, but some do revolve around the merchants. To be explicit in this forum would only help those committing such acts.

The bottom line is that this article was discussing the security put in place between the "contituents and Visa". In other words, the companies that process the transactions and Visa. It did not address the security issues apart from that.

My entry into this thread was to indicate where the line was drawn. Mr Clay (I assume a mr by the user ID) was trying to blame Visa and MC for the fraud.
