... why Visa and MasterCard are intentionally not doing even the basic security as they are advertising ? no address verification, etc.

That?s a reason why credit card fraud, like Nigerian, are growing fast.

The government (the FBI, CIA, etc.) does nothing about it. The problem is many consumers want to believe that this is just negligence but not a way to make dirty money. Is it really looks that the Bush administration is not corrupted?

Guess how banks make money on low security Visa and MasterCard?

Clue ? credit card fraud is growing too fast.
