Well...maybe it's more effective in one way ? it makes you look like a fool who's actually willing to START trouble rather than one who's willing to merely let it continue.

Oh...and what law of nature dictates that patch management "can't be sourced overseas"? Yer shootin' from the hip, dude. I remember people saying that R&D would always stay Stateside too, and that myth is history.
