Volatility
If computers weren't so volitile to computer programming, maybe there wouldn't be such a big deal about what 'virus writers can write.
Code is code. Thing is with computer so much is turning at a single session, that writing anything is practically obsolete. If the virus was here first forget the shoe horn.
Windows is a simplistic as possible for the user. It isn't here for virus writers or fraud candidates. Some of the features for security, and networking could be put to better light at the forefront of the users understanding.
The terminology is really a landlovers bliss in a forest of nutshells. LoL. Might as well be vacationing on Mars. Than try to make objective sense of the user interface . Most takes more time than a person has got. Then takes twice that to actually put to task. With authors hiding their hats in frustration of a keyhole.
Windows is best thing out there though. Unless you want to brag about something else.Me I dont see nothing to brag about for viruses wich are destructive. For the most part,I dont need anymore government intrusion in the name of my own survival,or my computers for that matter.

Virus writers have bad breath,period.

-just talking.
