The framework of the law method gave us
CAN-SPAM. This law only defined how spammers
are supposed to spam. It is up to you to
request removeal from a spammer's email list.
That is, after you received the spam in the
first place. Even if every spammer obeyed this
law (mos do not). I would have to request
removal from the list of every p3n1s pill
enlarger and other companies that spams me, and
I would not be compensated for my time. Spam
has been a problem for about 10 years, and this
is the law we get to fight it. Sorry, spammers,
for the most part do not obey the law, and the
Direct Marketing Association influenced
"anti-spam" Law tells us which side that Uncle
Sam is on. Time for useless flutter to end and
a common sense fight to begin
