"And you constantly prove it."
Constantly prove what? I don't even use linux, if that's what you were referring to.
"But I think 'arrogant narcissist' applies more to those who didn't vote for Bush and are now considering abandoning the country rather than fight for it."
Actually I think it's just plain weak.
"Those who stuck out 8 years of Clinton's self-centeredness in the hopes of getting something better bided their time, and look what happened."
Ummm, what? The last two elections were RIGGED Carl. Those who voted for Bush only marginally helped. And I REALLY hope you're not implying that we're better off than we were under Clinton. I never liked Clinton, but at least this country was prospering while he was in office. Now we are universally hated, we're going bankrupt, our army is being ruined, and much of the social infrastructure is being destroyed as we speak. This is a really sad time for America, if you care about it, that is.
" It's arrogant to assume that the only way an opposing view can succeed is through fraud."
Well, take that up with your favorite Bush administration. It's too funny how these guys are the ones committing the crimes and yet you're pointing the finger at Kerry voters, as though they should be the object of scorn.
"And it's both narcissistic and elitist that assumes those living on the coasts are 'better' than those living in the 'flyover' states."
Agreed, but I don't know where you got this from. The main reason why the coastal people view middle America as living in the 19th century is because these people allow their reason and sanity to take a backseat to Jesus, and are actually HARMING themselves all over a deity that appears to do nothing for them.
"Why is it any wonder that the 'rabble' rose up and protested?"
Right, they did, but had to wait on 11 hour lines because the Republicans made sure they didn't have enough voting machines. If you're saying that the "rabble" went out to vote for Bush, what were they expecting in return? Moral decency? Bush has done more to ruin the lives of the lower and middle classes than any "leader" in modern time. - Posted by: Jeff Spicoli Posted on: 12/06/04 You are currently: a Guest | Members login | Terms of Use
