Localizing MLNS

No, my proposed useage was not to attack
the originating machine or sender of the SPAM,
both of which are often hijacked ...

(aside ... my email address WAS used for
several spam attacks a number of months ago
with the resulting flood of bounces to my in-box.
This is partly the cause of my virulent
hatred of these bastard spammers)

... the idea of a localized MLNS was to allow
me (and others) to personally create & maintain
a list of domains & addresses of various
spamvertised sites from SPAM email we personally
receive. Then we could run our local copies of
MLNS without the need for a centralized database
of SPAM sites to hit.

And, if necessary, we could justify our traffic
generation based on the spammer's having made
first contact with us !
