Yep, yep

So many of them claim security right out the box, but some have more holes than others that security is more than just running it right out of the box. Unfortunately, Windows has a lot of spaghetti coding that makes it more vulnerable to missed messy code and exploitable features. Most of the others have great peer review, and a lot less malicious review (and intentions against) so those bug traps are filled with positive feedback, not scores to dole out on the unsuspecting. Put a bad admin/overly privileged user on a system and expect bad things, even on a solid system with solid applications - the weak link can be the user.
